On Tuesday, October 14th, engineers from Axis and Cognex will be presenting a three hour workshop designed to highlight the latest advancements in vision-based barcode reading.

Over the past several years, Cognex has leveraged their expertise in machine vision to emerge as a leader in industrial code reading, as well. Their product line now includes a broad array of fixed-mount and hand-held ID readers which are capable of reading 40+ codes per second under difficult environmental conditions.

Cognex readers can read and grade 1D barcodes, 2D barcodes, and human readable text (OCR / OCV).

During this workshop, we'll discuss the technology behind each of the newest products and show you how to improve productivity and profitability with the world's most advanced readers! All of the new ID products will be on hand for demonstrations and evaluation, and guests are encouraged to bring samples to the workshop.
